During this journey we have been creating our sales network and training people to be able to sell and support our products, as if they were an integral part of the company. 

Our training portfolio includes both basic and specialized training and we provide both theoretical and practical courses.

The Program

The training course is divided into 5 teaching sessions
from 9.00-18.00.

During the course, technical information on the following products

  • INVICTA
  • OPTIMA
  • INTEGRA
  • OMNIA

will be shared, focused on a mix of general training on the different products, installation and configuration of the same, insights on the different software, trouble shooting and real use of the machines.

Valiani’s product portfolio is constantly evolving, both in product changes and expansion. With our technical training you can keep up with these changes and get all the knowledge of our products, features and software.

The training sessions are held LIVE in Valiani’s Experience Center in Via Toscana, 138 – Certaldo (Fi) Tuscany.

Training sessions on the Valiani products take place quarterly. You or your technical colleagues are kindly invited to follow our training sessions on a regular basis.

The complete training covers 5 days.

SALES

E.i. The first 2 days are focused on products overview, installation and set-up, tool tuning, software usage and trouble shooting.

TECHNICAL

The last 3 days is focused on the applications, additional software and Q&A.

Training days usually start at 9h00 and end around 18h00 with a lunch break in between. The dinner will be organized by Valiani and you will find information about the location in the event planning.

    Did you have any question about the training?

    1. I did not receive a confirmation email after my registration. What should I do?

    Confirmations are sent automatically after your registration. However, if someone else registered for you (or even for multiple colleagues), our system will not be able to register the attendees correctly. Please make sure to register on your own computer, with your own email address (or try Incognito mode). If you have doubts about your registration, please send an email to info@valiani.com.

    2. Where do I stay?

There is also an option in the registration form to request our assistance in booking the hotel.</p>

    2 Bis . Which is the nearest airport?

    Florence airport is about 50 km while Pisa airport is about 90 km away.

    4. I have to cancel my registration, how can I do that?

    Please contact us at info@valiani.com and we will cancel your registration. The cancellation must be received within 10 days before the start of the course
