Our cutting machines are extremely reliable: they are made exclusively with high-value Italian mechanics. This is the reason why we have extended to 5 years the warranty on all mechanical and electromechanical components. No one had done this before!

    All-Inclusive Assistance Contract

      CONTRACT GENERAL CONDITIONS
      TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE – ALL INCLUSIVE

      The Valiani ALL-INCLUSIVE Assistance Contract grants the customer priority and unlimited (For the duration of the subscription) access to technical support service by telephone/Skype/Team-viewer (hot-line/remote connection) for mechanical, hardware/software (V-Studio) problems relating to use and normal operation of Valiani machines. The contract also guarantees communication and distribution of periodic software updates and the free sending of disks, manuals, and/or written notes or anything else necessary to solve any problems and/or failures properly documented and reported to our operators (cost of spare parts and shipment excluded).

      DURATION OF THE CONTRACT

      Each contract will be valid for 12 months starting from the date of Valiani order confirming the activation.

      CONTRACT ACTIVATION MODE

      Customers can activate the contract online visiting https://www.valiani.com section "Support" under the option "All-Inclusive Assistance Contract" or by sending an email request to support@valiani.it specifying machine serial number.

      PAYMENT METHOD AND ENTRY INTO FORCE OF THE CONTRACT

      The Valiani ALL-INCLUSIVE technical assistance contract can be activated on a single machine at a cost of €495. Payment can be made either directly on the website https://valiani.com by credit card or PayPal or by bank transfer within a maximum period of seven (7) days from sending and acceptance by Valiani of the request email from part of the customer.
      The contract enters into force only and exclusively upon receipt of payment by the Customer.

      METHOD OF REQUESTING AND INTERVENTION

      The assistance services can be requested by users who have activated the All-Inclusive contract directly online on the site https://valiani.com in the assistance section under the heading "Request technical assistance" by following the guided procedure or simply by sending an email to 'address support@valiani.it specifying your references and serial number of the machine; after verifying the regularity of the contract, the customer will be called back as soon as possible by one of our technicians (within a maximum of 48h). The services will be provided by specialized technicians from Monday to Friday of each working week from 8.00 to 12.30 and from 14.00 to 17.30 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

      EXCLUSIONS

      Spare parts and shipment are not covered by this contract if out of the warranty. Technical assistance will be provided for the V-Studio desktop application software. In the event that Valiani is requested to perform a service intervention at the customer (not covered by this contract), Valiani, will quote the service, which will be carried out after customer’s acceptance.

      Starting from the twelfth (12) month following the purchase, Valiani offers its customers the opportunity to carry out routine maintenance on their machinery. This operation will make it possible to maintain its full efficiency and ensure that its value remains unchanged over time, thanks to programmed interventions at an extremely advantageous cost.
