Valiani Srl joins the Summa B.V.

The Valiani family has become minority shareholder of Summa Group

Valiani Srl is excited to join the Belgian group Summa B.V, leader in the production of printing finishing equipment. The Valiani family has become a minority shareholder of Summa Group, convinced that this merger will accelerate the business growth and a faster acquisition of market shares by the Group.

Hence, combining the two organizations’ high quality product portfolios, brands and global capabilities, Valiani and Summa will provide even more innovative solutions to a broader range of cutting equipment. 

Both companies will continue to operate under their current company namesand with their actual management teams in place.

This transaction will be helpful to Valiani’s distributors, customers and employees, who will become part of a larger group and will enjoy more opportunities and warranties.
