ALL-INCLUSIVE ASSISTANCE CONTRACT
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Valiani ALL-INCLUSIVE Assistance Contract grants the customer priority and unlimited (For the duration of the subscription) access to technical support service by telephone/Skype/Team-viewer (hot-line/remote connection) for mechanical, hardware/software problems relating to use and normal operation of Valiani machines. The contract also guarantees communication and distribution of periodic software updates and the free sending of disks, manuals, and/or written notes or anything else necessary to solve any problems and/or failures properly documented and reported to our operators (cost of spare parts and shipment excluded).
DURATION OF THE CONTRACT
Each contract will be valid for 12 months starting from the date of Valiani message confirming the activation.
Customers can activate the contract online visiting http://www.valiani.com section “Support” under the option “All-Inclusive Assistance Contract” or by sending an email request to email@example.com specifying machine serial number.
PAYMENT AND ACTIVATION
The All Inclusive Assistance Contract can be activated on a single machine (serial number) at a cost of € 450.00.
Payment can be made either by credit card or PayPal on http://www.valiani.com or by bank transfer within a period of seven (7) days from customer’s email requesting the activation. Once the payment is complete customer will receive an email confirming the activation.
HOW TO GET SUPPORT
Customers who subscribed to All Inclusive Assistance Contract will have priority and direct access to our technical service visiting http://www.valiani.com section Support under the option “Support Requests” or simply sending an e-mail requesting technical support to firstname.lastname@example.org specifying machine serial number; customers will receive an e-mail confirmation from Valiani advising that technical support has been activated and technicians will call the customer back as soon as possible (within 48 hours maximum). Valiani Support Team (Hot-line) is available from Monday – Friday each working week from 08:30 – 12:30 and from 14:00 – 17,30 (Italian time, excluding weekends and Public Holidays)
Spare parts and shipment are not covered by this contract if out of the warranty.
In the event that Valiani is requested to perform a service intervention at the customer (not covered by this contract), Valiani, will
quote the service, which will be carried out after customer’s acceptance.
